(More customer reviews)I used 3D ten years ago successfully, but since I have vista, I had to repurchase. This version has zero online how to support. The manual and included help menus are incomplete and identical. Options that are mentioned in help do not exist in the software (apparently it was a problem in version 9 too according to the forum). I do not recommend this software, try the free Google version instead maybe. But this is a great disappointment when their information is wrong, a needed feature is not available, and no support or update possible. Issue: Wall dimensions default to measure from the center of a wall, rather than from the surface - and you can not change it as the manual says, the option is not in the menu. Wasted my money.
