If you are already running 2010 should you upgrade? Probably not, unless some of the new features are ones you have been waiting for.
Intuit continues to build on its excellent platform and tweak existing features while adding new ones. My personal favorite is the improved access to names--the dropdown now intuitively narrows choices as you enter a few characters. Marvelous time-saver!
