(More customer reviews)This product does not work well at all. It's okay for printing cards but it would be cheaper to buy a card from the store. Sending the card by email creates fuzzy graphics, your inserted text does not show, and high quality jpeg photo files results in a blocky appearance when sent by email. (The same card printed well so it wasn't a problem with the jpeg photo.) There are not enough selections of cards, clip art, or music files to warrant the cost. There is no way to reach customer support by email. I tried to return the product to Hallmark but had clipped off the UPC for a rebate even though I had not sent it in, it made it uneligible for return.
