The vendor claim that "Copy ANY Blu-ray movie..." "Copy ANY DVD movie..." "Convert ANY DVD..." is a false statement, very inaccurate, and above all, irresponsible. The application is undependable much of the time. Then, if you try to get tech support, it's untrustworthy and sparse. Email support and discussion forums appear as their only options. If you get a response, it is (about a day or two behind). The other option, discussion forums, is also sparse.
