(More customer reviews)The new version of Outlook is VERY similar to the previous version. Cosmetics are neater, but wholesale revamping of the user interface that took place in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint missed this version. Usability is good, and I hope that security is improved, but I see no "burning" need to upgrade to the new version.
