(More customer reviews)The registration card said "Registered online and get a bonus collection of birthday card, plus qualify for additional cards in 2010". I did not get any bonus cards. Instead, after completing the registration, I was taken to a page that said "Thank you for registering" with offers to buy Hallmark paper. I sent an email to Hallmark Software Support 14 days ago & have not received a reply.
Also, the function of sending a card by email does not work. When attempting to do this from within the program, the default email program opens (ATT Yahoo Mail) but the avi file for the card is missing-it is not automatically attached to the email. This function was working OK in Hallmark 2009 but is not working in Hallmark 2010. Again, I sent an email to Hallmark Software Support 8 days ago & have not received a reply.
