(More customer reviews)I had DVD Copy 4 and it worked great. I upgraded to DVD Copy 5 so thaqt I could create high quality iPod videos but have encountered the following issues
1) This version always uses the C: Drive for temporary files even if you define a different drive in the configuration
2) After converting the file to temporary space on the C: Drive the program churns and churns and ends up Not Reponding
I have registered the product online and have reported the problems above three times through Intervideo's online support form and have not received and answer.
I would highly recommend not upgrading to DVD Copy 5
