(More customer reviews)I have not been able to install this program as it is not compatible with WindowsXP, which leaves me with about 1000 recipes on an external drive that I cannot access. I lost the original program when I bought a new computer.
Also, the company (Pinpoint) is out of business so I cannot receive any technical help.
