(More customer reviews)I am a longtime user of Dragon Naturally Speaking going back about 10 years and using several different versions. This is the first time I have had a problem. It freezes repeatedly making it impossible to use. The worst part is that technical support is non-responsive most of the time and has been unable to offer any solution to the problem. Exchanges with customer support take weeks and I have been without a working voice recognition program for a long time now. Since I do not have full use of my arms, this is really maddening. I would urge caution if you are thinking of ordering this product.
