(More customer reviews)This is one of the most flexabile and user friendly list management programs in the market place. We use it to import telemarketing call lists and to sort for "do not call's". New customers are tracked from the intial prospecting call to the installation of service. Each account has a separate service history. I tried three other programs and this was rated number one in our opinion.
