(More customer reviews)Years ago, Bitdefender was a good product, a very streamlined product that utilized a small amount of your system resources. Now it's just a memory hogging piece of bloatware. As some others have stated, several files need to be downloaded during installation, with little indication of its progress in terms of completion. If you need assistance, you can forget about tech support. If you call, and are fortunate to speak with someone, they are unable to assist you. If you e-mail, you're lucky if you get a response. Unless you enjoy headaches and a slow computer, this product is best avoided.
