(More customer reviews)This is a warning to those that are considering purchasing CoinManage. While the software itself is excellent software, support and coin price updates are now non-existent. The company's message boards have been taken down, advising that they are checking "functionality." I can only assume that the message boards were removed due to the numerous complaints and unanswered questions that appeared on them. Check the company's (Liberty Street Software) Better Business Bureau rating, and you will see that it is an "F" on a scale from A to F.
I have used CoinManage for approx. 8 years, and have most of my numismatic collection entered into the software. In the past, while coin price updates were not as timely as they should have been, there were two, three, or more updates per year. Now, however, due to the total lack of updates (the last price update was in December of 2009), I am forced to consider other software, such as Pro-Coin, which means several weeks of re-entering coins into the new software. If you can live without coin price updates, bullion value updates, and a total lack of support, then this software will probably work well for you - it is good software with a ton of things it can do. If you require timely coin price updates, etc., which is a major need for most numismatic collectors, stay away from this software.

CoinManage is the premium software for Windows used by coin collectors the world over. Includes a comprehensive and accurate values database, recently expanded to include many more grades. Includes for Type-Specific valuations such as Full-Head Standing Liberty Quarters, Full Bell Line Franklin Half Dollars, etc. Values are updated twice a year and are downloaded via the automatic program update feature. For example, a search for a 1911 Lincoln Cent will NOT clutter your results with 1911-D or 1911-S Lincoln Cent auctions. Use your Browser Back and Next button to navigate through your searches. Find bargains and get a jump on your competitors by quickly researching coin selling prices.
