(More customer reviews)I puchased this product to upgrade windows xp home to xp pro and it did not work. First of all it is not an upgrade version it is a full version . Also it is dated 2002 so you can not update a more recent version. A real upgrade version says upgrade on the box. When you use it it keeps all your files and simply upgrades the os. I contacted the seller before I purchased it and the assured me it would work.
